Many years ago, I had a very different business — I ran a successful screen printing shop. Most of my customers were clothing brands or non-profits, and their owners would often express their frustrations with managing a website on top of all the other responsibilities of running a business. Because I had experience in building websites, I started helping some of them fix their sites — on top of printing apparel.

After a while, I decided to close up the print shop and devote myself to lightening the load of small business owners by managing their websites.

With 25 years’ experience building websites and over 10 in WordPress alone, I know my way around. I regularly contribute to the WordPress open source project and participate in the WP community. And occasionally, I still print t-shirts for fun.
