Driveway Process

  1. SCHEDULE THE UNDERGROUND MARK UTILITIES.

  2. TAKE AWAY THE EXISTING CONCRETE.

  3. DISPOSE OF ALL NON-REUSABLE MATERIAL.

  4. INSTALL PLASTIC IN THE WORK AREA TO PROTECT THE SIDING OF THE HOUSE.

  5. FRAME THE PROJECT.

  6. LAY 5’’ OF CA-6 GRAVEL BASE COMPACTED DOWN.

  7. INSTALL #10 GAUGE WIRE MESH THROUGHOUT.

  8. INSTALL # 4 REBARS DOWELS (GARAGE FOUNDATION).

  9. LAY 5’’ OF 6 BAG READY MIX CONCRETE WITH FIBER MESH (DRIVEWAY).

  10. CONTROL AND EXPANSION JOINTS WILL BE PLACED AS REQUIRED.

  11. A BROOM FINISH AND SEALER CURING COMPOUND WILL BE APPLIED.

  12. BACKFILL AND CLEAN UP THE WORK AREA.


Process Outline Regular Concrete:

First, we are going to take away the existing concrete. After measures and elevations are taken, the framing of the project begins. Next, the stone is installed as a base and compacted to ensure a solid footing. The wire mesh and rebars are installed to ensure long-term stability. Then the concrete is poured; after waiting the necessary time, the concrete is ready to do the broom nish and installed control joints. To conclude the project, we are going apply the sealer.

  • Control joints will be installed in various locations to control where they will crack.
  • *We are not responsible for any cracks or surface scaling.
  • Payment to be made as follows: Upon project initiation, 50 % of the total cost is due. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion.
  • Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation costs incurred in enforcing this agreement. Payment is due upon completion of work. Any unpaid balance will be charged 1.5% per month until payment is received.

Acceptance of Proposal

By signing this proposal, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated above. Upon signature of the parties, this proposal becomes a contract. Note:This proposal may be withdrawn after 60 days of acceptance.
